Operating instructions

Entrance to Flowpark area is free. You can walk along marked routes freely in the park. When you want to go flowparking, you can buy a wristband in the park. With the wristband you’ll get the climbing equipment for rent.

In order to guarantee a safe and fluent operation on the climbing trails, please act according to the following instructions:

• Get acquinted to the safety instructions of the park. You can find them here.
• Buy an entry ticket either in the park or make a reservation in the web shop here. 
• Paid entry fee allows you to get a wristband in the park. With the wristband you can use climbing equipment that are needed on the adventure trails.
• Put the equipment on according to the given instructions. In this phase you can also rehearse the safety instructions which are available in the park.
• Move to a test trail, where an instructor teaches the right use of the equipment. By showing a loyalty card and personal ID, an instructor gives you the permission to skip the test trail and move directly to the real adventure trails.
• After having heard the instructions, move through the test trail and use the equipment in the right way. 
• When the instructor sees that you can use the equipment, he gives you a permission to move to the adventure trails. You can pass the trails in the order you want, but it’s recommended that you start from easier trails and move to the more difficult ones only when you’re sure that you can pass them without problems.
• Please note a height limit on red and black trails. If you’re below 150 cm tall, you can only climb on green and blue trails, as your reach is not enough for the more difficult ones.
• When moving on the trails, have all the time at least one of the two safety slings attached with a carabiner to a safety wire.
• Maximum 3 persons are allowed to stay on a platform at the same time. On each task there can be maximum 1-2 persons at a time. Each flowparker must keep at least 5 meters distance to the person ahead. Do not disturb the performance of others in any way. If there is a queue in a task, please wait for your turn before proceeding. Faster flowparkers can pass slower ones on the platforms.
• You have to stay inside the park area with the climbing equipment.
• When you stop flowparking, return the equipment to the rental point.
